Traditional and Digitally colored and several phrases are from “The Nutcracker Ballet” by Vladmir Vagin. (this page actually not so much)
Author Notes: This page was originally for Mother Ginger (like gingerbread), but I couldn't figure out her origin until after I already started this page -- she's french, so was replaced by the Americans who enjoy foods from many different cultures like Italian spaghetti. German burgers, noodles of longevity, and American dim-sum. There's something on a red plate in one of the food pyramids that could either be flan or creme brulee.
