Ahhh thank you, I love Tutu too! I'm pretty happy how this turned out, since this is the first time I've ever finished a picture entirely on photoshop(if you don't count the doodles) :'D

Critique:
Overall, this is very lovely. Where you've used black as an "outline" if you will, I'd suggest making it a little lighter next time or using more outline because is seems a little sudden/abrupt in that it's just... There. I know, horrible explanation. -shot- I mean, that it's sort of distracting since it's not used much, if that makes any sense. 
I hope this was at least a little helpful.

You should watch it! It really pretty :3 I usually get bored while watching anime, but this one has lots and lots of beautiful animation! Plus all of the musics are fom ballets so it's +A too
