Well, I bet half of you here have already seen Sonii's gift for today, so you shouldn't be surprised I made something. :333

But if you don't know... today is the day me and Sonii have been best friends for a year <333333 I know most people wouldn't celebrate something like that, but WE ARE JUST SO AWESOME. 83333 So we HAD to. 8D

The time we had to wait for today was PAINFUL. We both had finished our pictures 2 days before today, and those 2 days went by so slowly. I was almost shaking under pressure because I wanted the day to come so badly. XD;;; Shaddap, I know I'm obsessed with her, but it's not my fault she's so awesome |,333

Similar to what Sonii thinks of her picture, my original sketch was also very boring. |D But I'm still proud of it for one reason: I surmounted a difficulty I always had; piggybacks, or anything similar. D: It's not perfect, I know, far from it, but it's...good enough XD For a first try. O3O; LOL ALIONA DOESN'T HAVE FINGERS. XD I tried, but it just didn't work. |,D ....OH DAMN I HAVE LOTS OF OTHER THINGS TO COMPLAIN ABOUT, BUT THIS ISN'T THE PIC TO DO IT ON |333

New shading style! 8D I really do like it, I'll surely use it more often! It DOES take a while, more than it looks, but it's kinda fun to do. :3

Yes, the BG IS stolen from Google, I won't deny that. XDD But I had that in mind from the beginning. :3 I knew that with my shading style, it would blend in well with the pic. If I had had black lineart, that would have been a no-no. |D

Also, some attentive people might notice Dody doesn't have any black streaks in her hair right now. It's not that I forgot it, it's just that, as VERY few people, maybe even none, know... the black streaks are dye. XD And have always been that way. |D

But yeah, I REALLY REALLY love this pic, both for how it turned out and what it means to me. You guys all know how much I love her (and how much I never shut up about her |,DDD) and all we've done and been through in only a year. We've even got the chance to meet IRL, which was the best day of my life, hands down. Most people don't even get to do that. ;__; And considering we live thousands and thousands of miles from each other, that makes it really special. ;-; Though I STILL wish she could stay here once and for good, since I'm missing her all the time ;___;

And I'll say this once, I SWEAR we are twins 8DDD;;; we're FREAKISHLY similar, in terms of just about everything. XDDD
