Description Here's the animation I finished earlier this week! I feel like I really learned a lot doing this animation because it was such a challenge keeping track of every single volume and arc. But I'm quite fond of the outcome, even if there are a few little glitches and I didn't have the time to clean up every single drawing. Sorry it's so dark and blurry--there are 4 levels on this (floor, table, animation, ball) which really makes it muddy. Oh, and there are 30 drawings in this, if you were curious. c:



(...and yes, toooo many jokes were made about the name of this assignment. Too many...)

Thanksssss~! To be honest though, I've come to realize how much this could be improved. The mark I got on it was satisfactory but fair... Hindsight is 20/20. T3T

Sorry I haven't commented in a while- NOW LET'S DO THIS.

As a start, you did a hell of a job on the assignment itself, the ball grab, the stretch and follow through from the shoulder, upper arm, forearm and hand. The shift in weight is also very nice as the character studies the item in hand.

The only part that seems glaring (and understandably just there because it'd look silly without the rest of the character) -is non-grabbing arm. It has the bend with the body, and that's good, but after that it just seems off in comparison with the rest of the movement. The slight rotation in the hand helps, as does the shoulder movement.

But that elbow...I dunno, I feel like it breaks the flow of things. That's all that really stands out, however that wasn't part of the assignment lol.

Thank you very much! <3 And yeah that's right, that arm was the last thing I animated and got tired of it since not much was going on there. Not that it's a good excuse. And hey, it's part of the character, so it's part of the assignment, albeit not the focus. 8P I also realized the shoulder could have been pulled quite a bit further in the antic.

Thank ya! We had 3 weeks for it, so if I attempt an estimation, I spent maybe between 50-60 hours on it? I'm just terrible for not keeping track of time spent on things.
