This is another one of my Chaos Chao OCs. So yeah.

Info:

-Angler is an adult, male Chaos Chao who loves swimming about and being crazy.

-Angler lives primarily in the Hero Garden with Dove, where he teaches other Chao how to swim.

-Angler is, specifically, a swim Chao. This is shown in his appearance, where he has a mix between Chaos Chao and swim Chao features.

-He's absolutely nuts. He is supportive and caring, it's just hard to tell because of how obnoxious he is.

-Despite being a swim Chao, he does know how to fly, run, climb and fight. He's just better at swimming than anything else.
