Years ago, a man by the name of Wallter Humphery Baskin created a beloved ice cream company known as Wall's Snow Bite Paradise. The main mascot of his company was Scooper Star, a young mischievous ice cream boy who was made out of Baskin's favourite ice cream flavours, strawberry, banana, vanilla, and mint. The company went out of business a week before its eleventh anniversary as authorities investigated the factory after seven adults and three children were said to have gone missing around the property.

The main cast of characters the company made were Scooper Star the ice cream boy, Sprinkle the rat, Split 'n' Half the split pop, and Frosty the push pop. This wasn't always the case, as two members of the cast were cut due to complaints. The first to go were the Snow Clones, who were deemed too scary for their young audience. Children ran from their televisions whenever a Snow Clone appeared, and many had vivid nightmares about them.
