Apologies. It seems we're having a few technical difficulties.In the meantime, allow me to welcome all my new watchers!
I hope we can all become fast friends. Just as a forewarning, I draw a lot of stupid, silly, and/or cute things. I like laughing and smiles and spreading such whimsy to others as best I can. I don't normally do that many comics, but the mood and inspiration do strike me at times. Anywho, I'm a pretty outgoing and nonchalant dude, so if you want to ask or tell me something, please feel free. ^-^ Until then, enjoy your stay!

I don't usually do a lot of shipping (nothing against it, I'm just not very romantic, so I know I'd butcher any attempt), but they are the two most adorable ponies in the show, so I don't see what could go wrong. I'll see if I can whip something up! ^-^

I actually never submitted it. Not sure where they picked it up from. It's weird. I've submitted a number of pictures that I thought were (at least somewhat) on par with many of their features, but none of them ever made the cut. Then, out of nowhere, some half-baked comic I drew at 4am that I never even considered sending their way, winds up being my first EQD feature. xD Go figure.

I was a bit unsatisfied that the "Bad guy" did not get smacked up and punished for his crimes.

Well, I certainly agree that it's not a storybook ending. But I suppose that was the entire point to begin with. The original graphic novel was meant as a counterpoint to the clear-cut, black-and-white moral dichotomy in comic books of the day. It showed the same system, but mired in the ambiguity of real life, wherein there often are no optimal resolutions, merely compromise. In that regard, I feel the graphic novel did a much better job of conveying theme than the film. Still, if that sort of "anti-resolution" isn't necessarily one's cup of tea, a little frustration is perfectly understandable. ^-^ Sometimes it's just nice to see the villain get due justice, if only because it happens so rarely in the real world. That being said, I adore Watchmen, but I can certainly understand those who might not. To each, his own.

I find it an unusual watch.
I will give the movie credit for making me think.
Many years ago I saw an episode of Outer Limits in which a shadowy group
of people decided to make a threat to unify mankind.
They took a soldier and modified him to become an alien.
Things go south and the guy dies.
Outer limits has a preachy bit at the end of their stories.
If there is to be world peace it has to be done through higher emotions
because they are more sustainable than fear.
The new Outer limits had some nice bits
and they took that story and did an update.
Watchmen may not be my fav but I give it props for making me think.
Its like the difference between Avatar vs The Hurt Locker.
