Description
A VERY old picture I found and did on old PC. This was when I got my 2nd PC 6 years ago and I wanted to test out how good the mouse was. Done on paint and then vectorized and finished on Photoshop. Anyway, yeah used to watch this show a lot when I was 13/14. If I remember, the background took much longer than the drawing. :-PThe basic paint image is here - [link]
