The white square on his lip is really starting to get to me, I can't tell what it is.

Fair enough. I think it's because it's the same colour as his teeth, I keep wanting to see it as a tooth, and my mind flips it back and forth when his real teeth emerge.
Also, I can see all the things that live in that man's nose.

Yeh there's some weird motion stuff going on in the recursgitation part of the animation.
Sorry that my link has enlightened you to a man's nose organisms, but it was best to illustrate!
