I did this as a starting point to try and differentiate the turtles for any of my future issues starting with 56. I really tried to mach the shape with their personalities and match musculature with the weapons and what I'd imagine to be the different nature and specialization of each of their fighting techniques. So if you look closely there's more muscle definition for some and in certain areas , also slightly different head shapes, and even head band widths/shapes. It's gonna be a little tough to make sure i can emphasize those differences in the actual books but i'm gonna try and I'm looking to try some new inking techniques on this drawing which I'll share.so please let me know what you think and which turtle is which?

My guess is Mikey Don Leo Raph
Mikey for the grin. Don for being thin and tall (I always thought he would be thin and tall compared to the others) and he has round eyes too.
I was debating if the tallest would be Leo but compared to the 3rd one (wich is Leo in my opinion) his features are ..softer or how to say.
Leo because of the trict features and Raph for the frown and the growl and the bulkiest body. XD

Hey! Zach told me I just haaaaad to go online and check this bad boy out, so I did. 
Mike + Raph were easy. Leo + Don I had to debate about a 'lil. Mostly 'cuz the pose you put Don in is like the leader pose (face forward 'n all). But they look like who they are supposed to be. Nice job!

Cool little exercise you put yourself through here. Easy as pie to tell who's who.
Anyway, I'd almost like to see you do this again, but a little more finished and with a little more difference in all aspects of anatomy and facial features and proportion. Hell, maybe someday I'll give this a try as well. Good shit!

I would like to keep trying to push the differneces without ever making them look too seperate.
Mike is short and spry with really toned forearms, don is the tallest leanest even his head is long match his bo and. He has bigger shoulders because of the bo usage. Leo is the most calmly intense and disciplined so I gave him the most definition and raph is boxy and powerful like a bulldog

Yup, perfect description! Yeah, I dunno how many other people guessed and how they did, you made it pretty obvious so I didn't even bother with peoples comments. Yeah, when time free's up, I think I'll do a TMNT illo, probably not a lineup shot like this, but something that def emphasized the diversity in characteristics like you've stated. The middle two are the only debatable ones, I guess Don could be the left of the two because he's a little less serious in the face, but I first imagined Leo as the left because of his height.

My guess is from left to right, it goes Orange, Purple, Blue, and Red. I know their real names, I just always referred to them by their colors.
