The scenes that appeal most to my particular fetish.

1. Ariel meets Max (The Little Mermaid) - THE scene that started it all. Max catches Ariel's scent on the wind and smells her out at her hiding place on the ship's side. Ariel tries to hide, but then looks back and comes face to face with Max, who is grinning and panting right at her as she stares at him with the most adorkable expression, right before he gives her the big slobbery kiss she deserves.

2. Ariel and Max's reunion (The Little Mermaid) - A VERY close second to the above. Max smells the now-human Ariel on the beach and excitedly runs right at her, chasing her up a rock in comedic fashion before jumping up and licking her face once more. The wide grin on Ariel's face when he does this really sells the scene, as does Max very visibly licking his lips to signify that Ariel's skin tastes great.

3. Here's Toby (The Great Mouse Detective) - Toby sniffs out Olivia, who is hiding behind a stool curtain. Losing all fear of Toby when she sees him up close, Olivia pets him on the nose and giggles as he sniffs her over. She then offers his a cheese crumpet, which he gladly licks right out of her hand, an adorable puppyish grin on his face the whole way through. It's so precious!

4. Kairi and Pluto in the dungeon (Kingdom Hearts II) - Kairi and Pluto, two characters who unexpectedly wound up teamed together, have been captured by Organization XIII and put in a dungeon. Kairi is moping until Pluto comes over and pants at her, prompting her to smile fondly and pet him on the head. And Pluto gets to spend a lot of time with just Kairi...the lucky dog!

5. Spike's new bunkmate (Sinbad: Legend of the Seven Seas) - Simba throws Marina in a storage closet aboard his ship, which just so happens to be where his dog Spike lives. Spike loves Marina on sight, and immediately begins slobbering all over her face. The scene ends with Marina trying to escape before Sinbad locks the door, and another bark is heard. Clearly, Spike's not done showering her with his affection yet.

6. Shinka's admirer (Chuunibyou) - Attractive tsundere girl Shinka Nibutani is visiting a friend's relatives when the household dog suddenly starts to sniff her over. Before Shinka can even react, the dog gives her a very slow and very slobbery lick up the side of her face. The same dog later on starts chasing her on the beach (on Sanae's orders), clearly excited at another opportunity to lick her.

7. Shinka's failed game of fetch (Chuunibyou) - In the following episode, there is an outdoor summer party being held. When the dog approaches Shinka, she pulls out a bone and smugly waves it in front of him before tossing it...and the dog promptly ignores it and jumps on Shinka instead, licking her face repeatedly.

8. Kiwi kisses Sissi (Code Lyoko) - Odd has pranked school drama queen Sissi to come to the garden shed, expecting her beloved Ulrich to be waiting for her. Instead, Odd's dog Kiwi jumps on her, immediately licking her face happily. Not even a dog can resist Sissi's charms, it would seem!

9. Lucky forgives Setsuna (Fresh Pretty Cure) - Setsuna encounters a dog and his little boy owner whom she had victimized as the villainous Eas before. The dog, Lucky, recognizes her scent and growls at her for a moment, until he starts looking curious and sniffing her over more thoroughly. Evidently smelling that she's a good girl now, Lucky jumps up at her and licks her, making her giggle happily.

10. Shiitake chases Riko (Love Live Sunshine) - Chika's dog Shiitake, who is as enamored with Riko as his owner is, runs at her in order to lick her. But since Riko is afraid of dogs, she freaks out and a hilarious chase through the house unfolds, ending with Riko literally leaping off a balcony and all the way to another one in order to escape, screaming frantically all the way.
