Behold Blaze the Cat, age 19!I also used her classical line to Silver in Sonic 06
"You're so Naive."
Thanks to my anime skills I was able to draw her bare shoulders without any help!!!
However I made it too wide, so it seems like she's in her 20s or 30s.
As you can see her hair is a little longer, and she wear's her own dress, actually came from one of clothing designs in my hidden anime art.

The "black on her ems", I think you mean arms, well the one on her left shoulder is a tatoo, a royal symbol as you may call it.

I incorporated Vanilla's eye style into adult female characters, where we see her eyes as half shut which gives it a more mature feminine look.
