Very nicely done, but I'd try to use a bolder brush near the edges of the fingernail that is visible against the skin. Same with the eyeshadow. Either apply it on as makeup, or make it more bold. The blurriness sort of takes away from the realism of the photo. Otherwise, very well done. Especially with the eyes.
