I agree with the previous comment: you should work more on the eq, but the idea itself is quite good. Try to make the next version

I like how you managed to integrate the picture with the main window, but the eqs look quite weird. Photo skins need a lot of work to escape the clichΓ©, and you've done a nice job.
The skin is too much in debt of the background though, and that conditionates too much the layout.
I'd like to see a skin with this style but with an original background, and some layout adjustments.
