The picture was made during the _BLUE HOUR_ that means little bit more than one hour _AFTER_ sunset.

Since I've developed this shot from _RAW_ there is always the possibility to adjust the temperature with changing the withe balance.

So in this case I would say the answer to your question is: Yes it is _REAL_
