This elven alchemist has been in my mind for weeks. I decided the best way to reveal the whole idea here is to change my drawing technique. To be honest, speedpainting feels right and I want to do more of this. Cheers.Related content

Some "speedpainting", rarely seen so many details on an image labeled a speed painting. Very nice work, I especially like how the skin came out, kinda smooth with just the right amount of "texture".

Well as probably the only person who's seen how my PSD's look like, you'd see the difference in this one. Basically very few layers and no line art, so it was faster to create, therefore - speedpaint

Hehe, fair enough. Not knowing the other PSD I could only judge from the result of course and those are well ahead of what most artists tend to tag as a speed paint IMHO. But, yes you're right of course speed is relative.
