It's from a Japanese magazine. It only works because Inuyasha and Shinichi/Conan are both voiced by Kappei Yamaguchi and are intensely popular characters. I had this as a desktop before my computer crashed.
And it's KOGORO by the way, not "Richard"... bleh. I can't stand the dub!

You can't stand the dub, others can,though. I wouldn't like Detective Conan if the dub hadn't come out. Ash from Pokemon is Satoshi, but nobody cares. :/
