I have to admit that I don't care for the bottom end of the character. I think I get the idea you were going for, but it doesn't look quite right. O.o I wish I could say what it was that seems off, but I genuinly don't know.
All the same tho, the face is pretty, and thoughtful, and I can appreciate the fact that your figure pose is at a unique angle. I like. ^^

the fading off part? I would have spent more time on it... but my tablet broke. I think if I would have made it more brushworked or crosshatched it would have looked better then the faded blur :/ or if I faded the whole thing to black at the bottom.
