This is wonderful! I love the lights,the shadows and all the little details,the contrast between the top of the picture and the bottom reminds me really of the City and its polluted air. The building of AngelWatch in the upper part of the background is a nice touch as the little keeper's glyph in the corner.

I've been trying to comment on this for weeks but I didn't have words. You've managed to capture the perfect blend of industrialism and residence that the City is supposed to be. Everything is as it should be. Dark, dirty, rusty and smoky.
Oh and is that snow too? I don't se any snow on any of the structures or any icicles, so it must be something else.
