NO refunds unless there is an acceptable reason for it. These are the fees the commissioners will pay once he cancels the commission
+If the commissioner cancels the commission when I have finished the rough sketch.

Those wings are beautifully done. The soft blur makes them appear almost ethereal while also contrasting against the sharper lines of the character. Then the gold trim and reflected light really make an impact, along with her textured hair, starry eyes and shiny lips. Her hands look great, especially her left hand and how the fingers all point in slightly different directions giving her the feel of inner conflict.
If there’s one thing that looks a little odd, it’s how smooth her blouse is. Near her waist and arms the cloth has realistic folds and ridges, but the shoulder sashes and front look too perfect.
I’m weirdly interested by the background. You’ve got a semi-realistic starry sky, some kind of star and planets diagram behind the character I think, and then almost a gold leaf foil edge design with some intricate details. It all feels good for the character, so no complaints here, but I’m curious what’s back there.

About the smooth her blouse that because it has 2 layers, so that i draw quite different. But i failed draw clearly so that i can not realize layers of blouse
