actually in the comic, Miss Fur-Bottom (aka Neko) had accidentally gotten Keroro's Star on her & became the leader of the ARMPIT Platoon (the STAR gave her a commanding presence).... so Kululu or Kururu (whatever)... changed her with his humanizer gun & she almost took over the world!
She was about to initiate her final plan which she made the frogs capture Natsumi (because she was a much better leader than Keroro, she was able to capture her easily...)& as Neko recalled in a bridal magazine, she forced Natsumi in a bridal dress & stand along with Giroro... she was about to order them (as she put it...."Put your mouths together") kiss.... when Keroro ambushed her & stole his star back.
It seems that more than anything, she wants Giroro to be happy... by taking over the world & having Natsumi as his bride...but alas...without the STAR, she was back to a kitty again....
I know it sounds fan-fictiony but it was seriously in the comic... yay Neko!

Awww, that sounds so cute! I think I actually read about it. Yeah, it says the only possible reason that she hates Natsumi is, not out of jealousy, but anger because Natsumi's so dense to not notice Giroro's affection. I have to look that up and actually see the comic ^^
Oh, I hope that my comic didn't bother you xD I just thought it would be funny to see a brother vs. brother rivalry over Natsumi.
