The first outfit is complete. The second outfit is better but if you use the second outfit, you must to find the shoes. About the tiara and other acessories they are here: MMD Sailor moon assessores  The tiara are for all Sailor Scouts. The other accessories are just for Sailor Moon.

OK. I will request to you a normal version for Julie-Su, Mina, Manic and Sonia after you make Shade. So you make the Outer Scouts: Sailor Uranus (Julie-Su or Mina), Sailor Neptune (Sonia), Sailor Pluto (Shade), Sailor Saturn (Honey) and Sailor Chibi Moon (Lily, the Amy's daughter or Cream)
