There must be some kind of magic used in the creation of this! Just beautifully done.

hello, when I saw your work from goggle images, I immediately fell in love with it.. and I love Lilith too.. I would like to have it tattooed and I was hoping if I could get permission from you. I created an account here so I could find you.. and luckily I I was able to search for your artworks. They are all amazing and tattoo worthy but the one I really love is Lilith.. please please let me have it tattooed..I would really be heartbroken if I I'm not able to get it done.. this is the only and the best Lilith artwork there is in the entire internet..Β

Absolutely amazing creation! "...oh Adam - God and you want me for a slave not for a lover! Though it shall be: I am doing my own thing because you despise me for my free will!"

This is totally stunning! It reminds me of Anhamirak the goddess of the Serpentine of Amelia Attwater-Rhodes Keishra series.

Is this the same Lilith from Mythology? The original Mother of Vamprisim?

I've researched Lilith from a biblical sense, I still don't understand when people say she's the mother of vampirism, can you give me a source for this, please? Thank you!

I don't really have very solid proof, but I have heard it many times in a lot of vampire lore. Mostly I've found it in books, or literature about vampirisim theory.
I'm sorry I can't give you more specifics.

There is no record of Lilith being related to vampirism. According to the Alphabet of Ben Sira and the Tamuz, she was the first wife of Adam, who was removed from the Garden of Eden because she refused to submit to him. She was later demonized and villified as being demonic and vampiric, even though there is no accord of her being this way.

It's okay. I've heard it from a vampire-lore perspective, but Lilith (from a Biblical standpoint) is really more like Pandora. Except Pandora unleashed ills on the world via a box, Lilith supposedly slept with demons and made little demon offspring and eventually either turned into a half snake demon or more of a witch in the end. I'll stick with Bathory and Dracula being the first vampires, it's more fun that way lol.
Thank you!

There is no record of Lilith being related to vampirism. According to the Alphabet of Ben Sira and the Tamuz, she was the first wife of Adam, who was removed from the Garden of Eden because she refused to submit to him. She was later demonized and villified as being demonic and vampiric, even though there is no Judeo-Christian accord of her being this way. In some other mythologies, she is affiliated with the Great Mother Goddess or Babylonian Goddess Belith or Belit (who has demonic attributes). If anything, the modern understanding of Lilith is a fusion of multiple goddesses in one.
