I have been waiting some weeks to try this design on my nails and the result makes me so happy, it's so girly and pink, just like me^^

Nice nails... for me what I find poignant is that you've called it Girly Breakfast and show an empty cup and empty spoon... Perhaps a commentary (conscious or subconscious) on how women have been made to think they must starve themselves to be beautiful?
