The ancient false deity that manifests from wishes of mankind, corrupting the foundation of the world. He is defeated by the hands of Sparda and Forte with the help of four greatest heroes (Carriers of Sacred Gears), splitting his souls into four fragments and sealed them away into grails. However, one piece of soul escaped and transformed into a little homunculus being, before trapped in a flask.

Yaldabaoth comes from Persona 5, acting the major main antagonist and impersonate as Igor.

Also, I make the character resemblance to Father from Full Metal Alchemist and same as the Dwarf in the Flask.
