Not subscribed so I can't do a "real" review, but I want to, soooo...
I really like this piece. I love the scheme you have for this, and Chong Li stands out perfectly, and you can immediately tell what's in the pic and that it's hostile. You balance shades and tones on his body very nicely, although I can't help but wonder if it would be improved if you used a more monocromatic color scheme on Chong Li. Maybe it would be too much blue and it wouldn't work, so I won't dwell on it.
Overall, a wonderful piece in likeness and technique.
