The McDuffy House is the former home of Ian McDuffy who was one of the key parliamentary allies of King John XXII and Queen Isobella. It's a grand old mansion and is fully restored to the style in which it would have been in Ian McDuffy's time. It is open to the public and a staff of docents and tour guides lead visitors through the house, impart interesting and historical information, and answer visitors questions. Taylor works as one of those tour guides.

Once Taylor enters the house through the rear staff entrance she goes directly to an old storage room now converted to a restroom which doubles as the staff changing area. There she and her fellow docents swap their modern clothes for period costumes and change their hair to vintage appropriate styles.

Here we see Taylor dressed in her green gown and making final adjustments to her hair, while one of her co-workers (now fully dressed and styled) gets her wrists tied by a handcuffed attendant. Modern handcuffs are strictly forbidden on duty. When in costume the girls wear rope bindings as would have been common in Queen Isobella's time.
