Description With the release of the demo, there is no time to stay back; I've recently remembered that I had some maps half-done, while others were simply started.

Bearing that in mind, I got back to the deal and started by finishing the Underwater Passage.

This tunnel starts in Caitla Port and ends on the Lighthouse Island, and was dug beneath the sea level, somehow. You can still see water everywhere, and when you first visit it, you won't be able to transverse it, because it will be completely flooded.

EDIT (03/01/2011) - I've also added passages. The Underwater passage itself has several exits that lead to the Ice Mines, a network of tunnels underneath the Orthan Kingdom. Will also update this later.
I'll update this later, along with the credits.
EDIT (03/01/2011) 2 - Finito! I've just finished, and no, you aren't imagining the black holes; they're actually pits. No, you can't fall in xD

I'm preeeetty darn sure these tiles all belong to Alucus save for the waterfalls.

The flooded one is already in xD

If I upload another version, it will probably have the flooded and dry versions, and possibly even access to the Lighthouse Island.

The plan is to have the same downed powerplant back in Vagalume powering this lighthouse. Since the Powerplant is down, the player can't challenge the colosseum.

Alright that should make it work, that way we can head to the island and not have to complete the lighthouse inside (for now). Who knows, maybe if we add it into the next version it will extend our LP a bit.

Well, you'll have lantern to light your way... it significantly increases the area you can see. Other than that, there are only some weak lights all around the town.

You get it right before entering the Route (233) adjacent to the forest, Victala and Vagalume.

Well, I'm going to remodel that part of the route a bit so the player can see it with more ease. I'll tell him where Costa City is, anyways, once he finishes the story of the demo.

It's good, I like the water tiles. But, you have to remember that PokΓ©mon games are at a 45 degree angle, not birds eye. So you wouldn't be able to see those mountain bits at the bottom at all.

Actually, you can xD

Notice in the 3rd Gen mainly; you can still see the mountain bits where the entrances are, for example.

I'd actually compare it to the Zelda point of view, where you see something like a box.
