My favorites are: Remus x Nymphadora, Severus x Lily, The Bloody Baron x Helena, Tom x Ginny (but only as Ginny’s one-sided crush and/or on non-sensual level... at least when she's not in the 'proper' age yet), Harry x Hermione, Salazar x Helga, Harry x Luna.
This franchise is quite specific due to the fact that the fan pairings and these canon pairings, which aren't shown so much as the main ones, are more interesting than the majority of the endgame canon couples.
