It had been three days since Mallorie had been assigned to the FBI to act as their decoy at the city Lolita convention. Those days where spent in intense study and preparation. First she was carefully briefed on each of the previous crimes.

Over twenty women had been the victims. There were maybe more. The women had all essentially disappeared while in full Lolita costume. No trace of any was found except for two. The two exceptions were two women who had been drugged but were found before the abduction could be completed. One had felt sick and managed to get to a public place and ask a stranger to help her which apparently interrupted the kidnapper’s plan. The other had been found bound, gagged and drugged in the back of a rented white panel van after that van had been involved in a minor traffic accident. The driver of the van had fled the scene and upon investigation the rental information all proved to be false and led no where. Still, the FBI understood that dugging and abducting the women was part of the modes operandi. The other women all simply disappeared and although there was some video evidence of them being led away by an unidentified male, there were no other leads.

The majority of the rest of the preparation time involved Detective Grant immersing herself in the Lolita culture primary through you tube videos. She was also introduced to Ethy, one of the local Lolita girls who was also an organizer of the con. Ethy's job was to help Detective Grant with her Lolita costume and fitting in the Lolita culture.

Creating the Lolita look turned out to be a time consuming and exacting process. First, they had to determine what kind of Lolita Grant would be. Then they had to assemble a proper costume. Then they had to put it all together with makeup and wig for the convention.

The final result, as Grant minced into the FBI Task Force conference room for the final team brief before moving to the con was impressive and dramatic. She felt exposed in the cosplay outfit. She had been a decoy before, often wearing revealing clothes, but somehow this outfit was worse. It was just not just revealing, it was humiliating. Worse, she could feel a dampness in her panties. Being seen in the outfit was turning her on and that reinforced her embarrassment.

Gone were Grant’s typical skinny jeans, tank top and leather jacket. In their place were high heeled and multi-buckle stiletto Mary Janes. Ethy had decided a goth Lolita suited Grant’s personality best, and so dark patterned hose covered her legs. They wanted to draw attention, so the skirt and accompanying petticoat were extremely short and topped by a waist crunching black corset top. The effect was to show a lot of leg and even more cleavage. Crowning the outfit was Mallorie’s black contact lenses making her eyes look large and soft, and dark flawlessly applied and dramatic makeup framed by a large super curly wig with a large crimson bow. A pretty parasol was her only accessory.

A hush fell over the ten agents assembled for the briefing as all eyes fixed on Grant who could only walk slowly and carefully in the 5 ½ inch heels. Senior Agent Jenkins stopped talking as everyone watched Mallorie daintily cross the fifteen feet from the door to an empty seat. No one started to breath again until after Mallorie sat and demurely crossed her legs and tugged the super short skirt hem as far down as possible –which wasn’t very far.

Agent Jenkins coughed to get everyone’s attention back on him and quickly summarized the plan that they had all developed in detail over the last few days.

“So, in summary, with the tracking device in Mallorie’s bow and four agents providing protection at the con never letting her out of their sight, we should be able to detect and prevent any attempt to abduct the disguised Detective Grant. Are there any questions?”

When no questions were forthcoming half of the team went off shift and the other half moved with Mallorie to the front of Police Headquarters. She would take a taxi to the con while the support agents would follow behind her in unmarked vehicles to provide her backup. She stood in front of Police Headquarters idly awaiting the taxi to arrive and caught hard and in almost all cases lecherous stares from almost everyone entering the building. None of the dozen cops who passed and admiringly examined the sexy Lolita gave a hint that they recognized her as one of their own.

Mallorie blushed furiously the entire time under the thick foundation makeup she was wearing. She was amazed that not even her former partner, Patrol Sergeant Bennette, recognized her as he passed with a box of doughnuts and coffee. Even her happily married with three kids friend could not help but look at her closely and appreciatively from the tip of her stiletto heels to the top of the big bright red bow in her hair without any idea who she was.

Then the cab pulled up and the hunt was afoot.
