Diana from League of Legends. She seems awesome, I kinda want her c:I dunno how many errors there is in this picture, but I guess there is some. Sorry about the watermark, but since it's LoL-art I have to :3

The skin and the armor in particular! ^^

On both I simple put a basecolor. Acctually I do like most artists xD Pick a darker color and starts to shade and then again pick a much darker color and do the same again. Then I pick a brighter color than the basecolor and do some brighter parts where its needed. Finally I add an even brighter color on the edges of some places, and maybe some light dots. Same with the armor, except on the armor I pick the highlight-tool and just go really intense with it on some places!
But I don't think this picture is a very great piece xD
