Featuring Koschei watching Ajandi
Autumn, Year 759 of the New Age
Silverthorne, Silverwood
She was beautiful, a flame searing his poor vain heart. Koschei could not look away as he watched Ajandi relax in the windy clearing, red and yellow leaves falling from the trees around her. She had not seen him yet and that he was thankful for. What would she say if she knew he had been watching her? Koschei didn’t dare to approach her. What if Ajandi disapproved of him? What if she told him never to talk to her again? He couldn’t bear to let that happen, he wouldn’t ruin this as he usually did with other does. Ajandi was something special and he needed to think about what to say before even taking the first step. He wasn’t ready yet, even though his beating heart trying to escape through his chest was telling him otherwise.
The gorgeous chestnut doe suddenly turned her gaze towards him, their eyes meeting for just a second before Koschei turned away. He grimaced, frustrated over his inability to be brave and just talk to her, and quickly began to leave so she wouldn’t be offended by him watching her. He hoped Ajandi had not noticed him standing there, if she did then was his chance gone? No, no that was not going to happen, he had to find some way to make it up to her…

You did such a lovely job on this one. The somewhat painterly background with all of those beautifully textured brushed is such a nice contrast to the soft silkiness of Koschei's fur. Those curls and fluff look like they'd be so velvety if I could just reach into the screen and touch them. <3
The little writing piece to go with it was absolutely adorable too. Poor thing; he needs someone on his other side nudging him and going 'go talk to her! go on!' It's so sweet that Ajandi makes him shy though. :3

First, this image is absolutely gorgeous! I love the fall colors, actually makes me a little homesick for IL where the leaves are changing. XD Koschei looks stunning here, I want to cuddle against his fluffiness, and his shy personality is soo freaking adorable! <333 Poor guy, never give up dude, you'll talk to her eventually!!
