Continuing on from my sudden urge to make fanart of vintage cartoon characters...I made a Felix the Cat plushie. And then I gave him a bag of tricks, 'cause it's kinda his thing, and I just like making accessories.

I used an anti-pill fleece on this plushie, so one side was smooth, and the other side looks a bit woolly. So I decided to have the woolly side facing out to make him look a bit fuzzier than what it'd look like with the smooth side facing out...All of the white parts are just regular fleece, though. The detail on the bottom of his feet are hand-stitched, and uh...hm...I ran out of things to talk about...It's kinda nice to make something with very little detail every now and then. This was fun!

Felix the Cat (c) uh...wikipedia is telling me that...Dreamworks Animation now owns the rights to Felix, so I guess he's copyright to them? Okay then, I learned something new today. Cool.
