A couple of days ago, there was this local news story about this one town that had a lot of deer, and how the police were giving out fines to anyone that feeds the deer. And then I came up with a silly idea about the police keeping all of the citizens away from the deer just so they could have a chance to feed the deer...and this all somehow turned into a comic about Good Cop Bad Cop from the LEGO Movie doing a similar thing at a petting zoo.

So yeah, Bad Cop busts through a petting zoo to tell everyone it's now illegal to pet the animals, and Good Cop gets to make a bunch of animal friends. Excellent use of teamwork, guys.

I have another stupid GCBC comic idea, which is why the title says "Chronicles"- I'll probably run out of goofy ideas after the second one, though...OTL It'll be a short-lived series.

I really like drawing Good Cop's facial expressions- just lookit his happy face in the last panel! D'aaawww!

And yes, there's a poorly drawn Emmet in the background getting pestered by pigs in that first panel. It was gonna be just some generic LEGO-ish person, but it turned out to look a bit like Emmet, so I went with it. I'm sorry for traumatizing Emmet with pigs.
