Excellent job on this ... excellent job indeed.
Captures the absolute "wretchedness" literally coursing through this tyrant's veins.
One's countenance / appearance does not become such (as exemplified by Muammar Gaddafi's physical appearance) unless there is a strong influence of evil within the person to literally transform them into a ghoul.
I back this assumption with the following observations:
01. The heavy lines / deep furrows in his face.
02. The downturned corners of the mouth from having never really smiled.
03. The hanging jowls beneath the jawline.
04. The puffiness of the eyes and surrounding areas from never truly getting restful sleep.
05. The ostentatiousness of his garments (even though they may be in honour of his Qadhadhfa tribe's heritage).

Oh, just thought of something here:
My all time favourite electronic band (Front 242) did a song called "Funkadafi" many years ago.
Someone over on YouTube did an excellent job of compiling a video with different snippets of Gadaffi, the rebels who overthrew him, and various scenes of the Lybian landscape. The YouTube user added some very cool video graphic treatments to it which you will notice throughout the video. Do enjoy!
