OKAy! SO! After Scamp keeps getting into fights with quite a few wyngrew, Alma is at her wit's end with him.
So after a representative, Mr. Hitch, from a "Hitch's Home For Troubled Youths" comes and visits Wynsiph, he seems to be the answer to all of Alma's Scamp related problems. He tells her that he can "correct" any "troubled wyngling."
While most of the other wynglings that Scamp has problems with have grown up, she just recommends Scamp to Mr. Hitch.
Mr. Hitch then stays in the hotel over night as to allow them to get a head start on the long journey back to the "Home," Alma prepares Scamp for the trip.
That afternoon when Alma told Scamp what was to become of him he ran off to his bestest friends, Nina and Jemik. They met up in their "Quad Squad HQ," Scamp told them what happened with Alma and after hugging it out and crying for a bit. Nina gets the idea of watching the sun set one last time together.

"Nina? Jem?"
"Yeah" "Yea?"
"I'm gonna come back. I promise."
"You'd better!"
"Jemik!"
"What? It's true! How's the Quad Squad supposed to be a squad with only 2 members? OR how's the HQ supposed to get fixed up?"
"..."
"Yeah. I getcha, but you don't have to be so crass about it!"
"It's okay, Nina. That just means I'll come back sooner! So that I can fix up th'the HQ-Q and and-"
"It'll be okay, Scamp. You just work on getting back home, kay?"
"...kay"
"Love ya, Scamp."
"Love you, too, guys. Quad Squad for life?"
"Quad Squad for life!" "Quad Squad for life!"

Message to the Mods: I tried to make it look as not as soft as possible. But as I'm stuck using a mouse, I have to use the curve tool in Sai, but I tried to make the curves as hard as possible, as to limit the color palette; as instructed.
