Yes, these two are females.Just another random sketch, which means I have no idea what's going on here too 8D. I'll reply messages later... Haven't slept since yesterday.

I like it ^^ What I got from this is, Ice queen that finds herself in the mortal realm, and is trying to blend in 'hence ice on feet (If that's ice) when she walked in the puddle, her headphones have icy spikes, and I image her hair blue or white.... As for the Neko/Kitsune thingy, maybe a familiar? And since they are in the mortal world, she had the ability to appear in animal of semi-human form...They are perhaps arguing about an unusual behavior of man they are not familiar with...
How they got there.. well.. That I don't know. x3 Magickal mishap?... Maybe I have just a bit TO MUCH imagination. ^^ That why I'm a writer...

Is it okay to say this reminds me of CLAMP's art in their later years? All the airy feelings and changing line thicknesses kind of resonate with them. That, and the fact that your art is really, really, well-done. Ehe, sorry to bother you?

It kinda looks like you threw two characters into an Angelic Layer kind of think and represented the connection between the two with a bracelet...
