Description
This was something that happened to day at work. I'm a lifegaurd and I was teaching a kid to swim when a kid came up to me and asked if I was a vampire cause I had really pale skin and red lips. When I'm in water my lips get red and my hair gets dark and my suit was blue which went black when wet so my skin just looked pure white compared to the tanny kids. Even thought my refection was in the water and it was daytime and I had no fangs, I was told not to correct children and let them figure thigns out when they get old enough. I'm not sure if this was one of thoes things you don't correct but either way I said yes and she went off playing.Related content

H.. You better had said "no" ^^'. It does not belongs in those things you figure out when you're old enough. Plus, it's pretty scary, could get you in trouble and stuff, I guess.

that's me too dude... I think it's cuz im Irish and i dont tan, my eyes are dark, lips are red and my teeth are white (Ironic that my canines are a lot longer than the rest of my teeth) and just for fun i wear eyeliner and wear a black bathingsuit.

Lol this is funny, but here's a random and pointless piece of information: vampire's reflections only disappear in silver based objects (e.g mirrors etc)...just sayin

Thats hilarious....theres this one guy at our taekwondo place, and he has crazy long canine teeth, and im pretty sure that niether of us have seen him during the day....so ive been wondering.....XP

This made me laugh. The same thing happened to my oldest brother when he went to a job interview to be a librarian a few years back. He's a black metal lover, so he usualy dresses like an old rocker. Plus he's pretty pale. The librarian looked his straight in the eye and asked him if he was a vampire and he just stared at her blankly then said yes. Subfice it to say, he didn't get the job and is no longer allowed in that library. xD

Weeeeeeeell, the original Dracula from bram Stoker could walk in the daylight without harm, although his powers were weak. And some Vampires can grow out their fangs for the purpose of drinking. Sooooooooo, you might very well BE one XDDD

my friend told me I looked like a vampire, she knows I'm not (I'm amused though that she thought so, it was fun till an idiot chased me around with a wooden stake and some younger kids screamed and tried to slay me)

haha! when I was in middle school, there was this kid who was CONVINCED I was a vampire! Literally, he would not come close to me and even asked once to switch partners! It was hilarious!

Almost the same thing happened to me. I have this big, black, and heavy trench coat that I wear in the winter, and one time, walking to a friends house, I see two kids playing outside. They took one look at me in my zipped up coat, and said I was a witch. x3 They looked 4 and 5 years old, so of course it was cute.

Ahahaha! I had a similar thing happen to me. I been up all nightstudyi and when i went into work (i work in a library) the next day, you could tell i was exhausted by the circles under my eyes. I was shelving books in the children's section and some little girl came up to me and asked me if I as a zombie. Then her little sister (probably around four or five) came around the corner and saw me. She dropped her books, whisper-screamed "zombie" and ran out of the stacks. I guess I looked pretty tired...or dead. Anyway, great strip

hahahahaha! Thats awesome. I totally have circles under my eyes I have to cover with makeup. My skin is so pale that it just shows up even if I sleep well. So I feel yah. heh. Silly little kids.
