I feel like Allison would be a big maternal figure for Seras; as the only other vampire she has contact with (and one who, admittedly, is less intimidating than Alucard), she’d turn to her for advice she wouldn’t feel too comfortable going to her master about. For Seras’s first few weeks of being at Hellsing, Allison’s very patient with her and helps to try walking her through becoming a vampire as opposed to her husband’s “sink or swim” method of teaching.
