Sorry it's a bit rough, but I couldn't resist the artistic merit of it, so I figured I'd post it here at least.

This is the rough MSN sketch for a commission my friend Hat has been asking for, so since we got to talking about it, I figured "eh, could be fun", so I started doodling and here I am.

Hat wanted her to have a different outfit though, so instead of ditching the dress, I figured that since I like it I'd just finish the pic

Some parts don't look right, so I'll just have to fix them when I redraw the body in SAI. In any case, I'm posting this here because I like the outfit-- I might throw this sketch in my scraps later, we'll see.
