---Another re-creation of Taida, the tanuki-spirit and "finest tailor in entire East China"; former "companion" of Oliver Herder.
It's a rare thing to find a "good innocent spirit", and even Taida is not a saint (even tho he helped Oliver to recover).
Taida is indeed one of the best tailors in China, but the main reason why nobody wanted to buy his outfits is that they were too expensive for people to buy. Taida is greedy, yes, but he can back up his greed with the quality of his goods.
And another reason is because of , well, him - since Taida inflated the price of his goods, some of the people tried to steal it. And of cource, Taida killed them in gruesome way and hung their eviscerated bodies on the trees as a warning.
Taida still keeps his workshop open to potential customers and welcomes anyone who can afford to buy his clothes. Just do not try to deceive him, underestimate the price of his goods or steal something, because even though he may look harmless, he will gut you like a pig before you even able to escape his shop.
