I do like this picture but I must say due to the outfit, skin-tone, the bags under her eyes, hairstyle, posture and the mysterious bandage on her arm it does make her look like she has that unsavory job.

Maybe it's a stylin', hot pink, rakish future where people don't get a lot of sleep. And need bandages?
But you can play it anyway you want. Quite open for interpretation.
Cheers

Calm down with all the greys dude. Using blacks and greys to shade skin makes it look really muddy and smudgy, which is exactly what you do not want. One thing you might try next time, when you think youve finished the skin, saturate it more and see how much better itll look. No one says you need to use saturated colors, so long as you dont use grey to shade, you will be fine. When shading skin, try to think this way, when the lighting is warm in hue, the shadows will be cool, and vice versa. White is also a terrible color for lighting skin, only use it in very small super bright highlights if absolutely necessary. If you need any color help or redlines, you can hit me up on messengers or note me. If you could just get over your grey problem, you show some potential.
