X-ON is Edward's transformation of an Uxorite from planet Ringa Morr.

Origins: The name X-on is a reference to the word axon, which is a part of a neuron, and the letter X also means 10.

DNA Source: The DNA source of this transformation is unknown.

Appearance: He is a green, reptilian creature with long tail and tentacles on his head. He has 3 green eyes with stripes running from them. He has 4-fingered hands and ostrich-like legs and feet. He wears a black and green suit that covers most of his body. The Omnitrix symbol is located on his chest.

Powers:
- Enhanced Physiology: X-on possesses great strength, speed and dexterity.
- Telekinesis: X-on has telekinetic abilities that allow him to move objects with his mind and even levitate himself to simulate flight.
- Prehensile Tail: X-on's tail can be used to grab onto things.
- Prehensile Tongue: X-on has a long, forked tongue that he can use pick up small objects and go for the eyes and other soft organs, in a last ditch effort.
- Three Brains: The trio of brains X-on has gives him good reflexes and heightened mental prowess.
- Sharp Claws- X-on has sharp claws that can easily cut through glass.

Weaknesses:
- Physical Vulnerability: Uxorites' main weakness is them not being as durable as other beings, meaning they can be physically harmed more easily.
