Not really, in his art she's a fully sapient being who can give consent and is meant to look feminine. I personally prefer characters like this too human girls (I find them prettier, even if they don't exist), and I love real life animals, but in a different (not sexual) way. 

You have to also keep in mind there are many characters like this in media, many of whom are meant to look pretty, and I am pretty sure most people who create characters like this don't want to fuck a an real life animal, I certainly don't.

You'll notice that he did'nt draw porn of a hyper realistic animal, whom is clearly not intelligent. What he drew was an anthropomorphic character with human like traits, which he finds beautiful, and should be allowed to express that without jackasses like you commenting bad things about him.

I will never get why people comment on things they don't like and will be so quick to judge others. If it's not your thing, shut the fuck up and spend your time somewhere else.

I guess that depends on whether or not anthros can be defined as actual animals. Anthros are and aren't animals. Scientifically, normal reptiles are incapable of growing organs that are associated with mammals, since breasts are an inherently mammalian thing. Same thing with every other anthro character out there. Except a few rare exceptions, most all animals can't grow organs or body structures that are remotely similar to humans. Shamira here is more akin to an Argonian or a Mobian.

Well, this wouldn't be technically possible, since milk from breasts are things from mammals, in fact, she isn't even supossed to have breasts.
However, it's better leave her design alone and appreciate other things...
