Only Pinkie Pie and Big Mac were the only characters that showed themselves to have children in the end, but I don't think it's a problem if fans want to add their fankids like other children.
I don't think that means rewriting history, that is, Maud didn't exist when we met Pinkie's family in the first season and later in the fourth season they rewritten the story a bit to add it to her
