A Macollie~ one of 's creations. I wasnt too sure on what kind of markings they have so I hope this is okay
He is a Blood Type~ he can re-open the scars on his back and use his own blood as a weapon, harden his blood so he cannot be hurt, and manipulate the blood of others if they are openly bleeding.
