Now, when I turn this on, it will spread gloomyness over everyone in the Tri-state area!" He let out his evil laugh as Perry the Platypus rolled his eyes, but waited for the doctor to finish his long-winded rant about his childhood.

Oh, you know Heinz would SO do this. Of course, I was gonna design my own gloominator, but I wanted to make sure he didn't already make something with that name, where I stumbled upon his wiki page which I thoroughly read twice along with his inventions skimmed over.
