the colours died a little in the process of shading but I tried my best to fix it!

I just HAD to participate in this oh my gosh I absolutely love the design!! I'll be drawin her more to get more entries now, she is absolutely gorgeous!
This took me about 4 hours, maybe even more from start to finish, with all my breaks and diner discounted from the total. I started it around... 2 or 3 PM. It is not 7:30 PM.
Even though I might not get her, I have thought of some information 
Name: Mitsu (light)
Likes: Mitsu loves to jump around and make fun, though she will ofton feel sad and neglected when others don't want to play with her. She absolutely loves to hang out with her friends, and would rather be with them 24/7 just to have fun. She loves to share her food with others, and will most likely give her last piece away if someone else is still hungry. She loves the sky at sunrise and at sunset.
Dislikes: Mitsu does not really like the rain too much, most likely because it ofton comes with thunder and she doesn't like that. Also because she can not see the sky when it is raining. She also doesn't like others who are mean to her or her friends.
Personality: She is very outgoing and loves to make others happy, because it makes her happy too.

Alright, where to begin? First off, I absolutely adore the technique you used here; the lineless art and the shading really gives off an almost ethereal look to it, and makes it look like a mystical being you might find high in the sky or wandering around the mountaintops in an animated film. The detailing on the tail, mane and side-floofs prove to be exceptionally well done, as do the speckled patterns on the rump and neck.
As this is a draw-to-adopt, I did have to bump off half of a star for originality, vision and impact, though your style with the design certainly keeps them there. This looks like something someone could buy as a t-shirt, sticker, mug or in a book, and it's incredibly impressive.
All in all, I'd have to give this a very good rating for style, design, quality and for how eye-catching it is. Well done!
