Description
Chrysalis starving and generally feeling rather miserable after her banishment. No wings because I'm a lazy bastard the drag they provided was too high and they broke off when she reached mach 3 after being sent out flying by Shining Armour and Cadance. Yeah! Science, bitch!I was really struggling with the colours but I think they turned out decently.
Also, my first digital work since quite a bit, because watercolours wouldn't suit this piece. And I don't have access to oils...
Come on, show her some love ;]

This took me long. Too long... I'd say about 10 hours. I'm not used to digital painting and all those fancy things...

Okay, I feel this picture is a bit more depressing to me because those colors and Crystalis's looks made everything sad and I love it. I love this concept. Crystalis' expression looks helpless and hungry. She looks like she has a hard time standing due to the lack of food. I also liked how the ribs popped out of her body making her more realistic. Also, your style is very skinny looking on the background and Crystalis, which added the originality and vision to my eyes. I realized the trees has no leaves on it. Yeah, I think this is an excellent artwork and I totally love the feeling.

Terror. Terror in the night. The whipping, howling, unforgiving winds crash into the clouds, and rain falls no matter where you turn! There is no escape... no escaping the true horror! A sudden silence, and then screaming thunder, lightning, floods, TORNADOES, FAMINE, PESTILENCE, FIRE, EARTHQUAKES! AAGGGGGGGHHHHH!!!
