This is a really good drawing concept, I'd just suggest looking into anatomy a bit more. There are more ribs in the human body, they aren't that large, and you actually have two floating ribs in the back. I also tried to think about how her skin would fit, the ribs are just too large for her body.
However! I still love the concept, and I know the ribcage isn't the most important bit about this image, I just thought for future reference it would be handy to think about. I love the hair and her blissful expression. Good job.

Exactly what I was thinking, while on the subject of anatomy, the heart itself is off. It seems that you may have used a reference pic that showed the heart from the front, rather than the side.
